How to use sanitary napkins correctly:
Find a suitable location. Go to the nearest bathroom, wash your hands, and take off your pants. If you're sitting on the toilet, a sanitary mat at knee level is best. Of course, it's ok to stand, as long as you can reach it.
Remove the wrapper or wrap from the mat. You can throw it away, but it's also a good idea to use it to hold the mat you're replacing. Don't throw it straight down the toilet!
tear sanitary pad or wing, the back of the center of the sticky place to tear off the paper. The paper on the wings should also be torn off to expose the sticky parts, and the paper can be thrown away.
Stick the sticky part to the crotch of your underwear. If you have wings, fold them over and glue them to the outside of your panties so the mat is secured. Be sure to place your sanitary pad right under your vagina -- no blood to the front or back!
Put on the pants as usual after putting on the sanitary napkin.
